*INSTRUCTIONS FOR PACKAGES COMING IN FOR
REPAIRS
Thank you for submitting your repair form Palmtop
Support Services, please complete the following
instructions as closely as possible to ensure the
best possible services while your handheld gadget
is in for repairs.
BACKUP your machine
if possible, we will try and save your data and
restore it back to your repaired unit, but it your
responsibility to do a backup!
Make a hard copy of your repair form and send it
with your unit that has to be repaired. (http://www.410palm.com)
Fill in as much details as
possible
- Your name, address, telephone number and email
address
- Description of the fault and any other symptoms
that we should look out for
- Passwords (disable it on the machine)
- If you decide not to have your handheld computer
repaired after a repair quotation is given to you.
Palmtop Support Services will bill you 48B>25.00
dollar plus G.S.T. inspection fee, however if you
wish to have the repair completed NO inspection
fees will be billed to you, ask your representative
about this procedure if your not clear.
- Payments can be made on credit card (all cards
accepted). If you are not comfortable giving out
you credit card information a representative will
take that number when he or she contacts you after
inspecting your unit.
* Please note:
Package your machine well (bubble wrap, newspaper
or insulated box etc.)
* PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE
You're original unit's box, as this will not be
returned.
Ask your courier about insurance on your package,
and retain your tracking number incase the package
gets lost in transit to us.
Please do not hesitate to call us toll free
